No return or exchange or refund since the products sold in sale price.
If there is any damage or manufacturing defect exchange will be accepted. Unpacking video is mandatory for any damage/missing claims.
If you have any doubt in your size, please call us and confirm your size. We are happy to help you.
If we have sent any wrong item or size, we will accept the exchange. This has to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Upon our confirmation, we will send you the address to return the parcel and send you the procedure. We will send you the shipping charges once you send the courier receipt. We don't have courier pickup service as we rely on third party couriers for all our courier activity
In case the product for replacement is not available at the moment, the customer will be eligible for store credit that is equal to the value of the product or they can choose any alternative product. Amount will not be refunded.
